Libyan Kima

Ingredients

Libyan Kima:

  • 125 grams meat, minced
  • ¼ cup parsley, minced
  • ¼ cup coriander, minced 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons Al Safwa tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Al Safwa Corn cooking
  • oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

Libyan Kima:

  • In a frying pan, fry corn cooking oil, onion, garlic, and minced meat, and add a pinch of salt.
  • Add some water to the frying pan and let the meat cook for 7 minutes.
  • Add red pepper and tomato paste to the meat and stir well.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and green bell pepper to the mixture and stir well.
  • Add parsley and coriander to the mixture and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Break the eggs into the middle of the frying pan and leave for 3 minutes before serving the meal.
