Ingredients
Mabrosheh:
3cups Al Safwa flour
A cup Al Safwa sugar
3 eggs ¼ cup ghee
2 teaspoons baking powder
Al Safwa apricot jam (cherry or strawberry jam, if desired)
Instructions
Mabrosheh:
Mix the sugar with the ghee in the mixer, and gradually add the eggs while continuing to beat.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, and add them gradually to the mixture.
Stir until you get a cohesive dough.
Spread half of the dough out in an oven tray, and leave the rest of the dough in the freezer.
Place a layer of jam on the dough in the tray, and grate the frozen dough over the tray.
Put the mixture in the oven at 180 degrees until fully cooked
