Tuna Salad

Ingredients

Tuna Salad:

  • 1 can Al Safwa tuna in olive oil
  • 4 leaves of fresh green lettuce
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Black olives and green olives
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Tuna Salad:

  • Wash all vegetables well with water and put them in a colander until drained.
  • Cut the tomatoes and bell pepper into small cubes, then chop the lettuce into thin slices.
  • Finely chop the onion and put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  • Filter the oil from Al-Safwa tuna, then put it in the vegetable bowl.
  • Add the olives and mix the ingredients.
  • Add lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl and stir, then sprinkle with salt and stir again.
  •  Pour the tuna salad into a serving dish, then pour the lemon mixture over it.
