Vermicelli with Chicken and Vegetables Soup

Ingredients

Vermicelli with Chicken and Vegetables Soup:

  • 1 pack Al Safwa Vermicelli 3
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 celeries, washed and diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oi
  • 2 chicken breasts (approximately 600g), diced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 liters chicken stock

Instructions

Vermicelli with Chicken and Vegetables Soup:

  • Heat olive oil in a pot, add chicken and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add celery, carrots, and onion.
  • Add chicken stock and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on.
  •  Add vermicelli into the pot. Stir for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
