Ingredients
Vermicelli with Chicken and Vegetables Soup:
1 pack Al Safwa Vermicelli 3
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 celeries, washed and diced
1 tablespoon olive oi
2 chicken breasts (approximately 600g), diced
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 liters chicken stock
Instructions
Vermicelli with Chicken and Vegetables Soup:
Heat olive oil in a pot, add chicken and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add celery, carrots, and onion.
Add chicken stock and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on.
Add vermicelli into the pot. Stir for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
